Employer Value Proposition

Understand Employer Value Proposition (EVP), how it defines your corporate brand, and strategies to attract top talent with great culture - Jisr Glossary.

What is the Employer Value Proposition (EVP)?

The Employer Value Proposition is the image the company presents to its employees. It’s like answering the question, “What is it like to work at Company X?” This includes various aspects of the answer to that question, such as salary, job security, work-life balance, and respect for employees.

The Employer Value Proposition represents the other side of the brand personality; the former represents the company’s internal image to employees, while the latter (brand personality) reflects its external image to customers and the market.

The employer value proposition encompasses the company’s core, the values and principles it adheres to, as well as its internal status and standing among competitors.

This human resources term is of great importance due to its active role in attracting top talent to join the workforce.
