Learn about employee exit surveys, how they help uncover root causes of resignations, and strategies to improve overall workplace satisfaction - Jisr Glossary.

What is the Employee Exit Survey?

It is a questionnaire that an employee fills out when they decide to resign from the company to take a job elsewhere. The purpose of this survey is to understand the reasons for resignation and gather honest feedback in order to improve the current work experience at the company, increase employee satisfaction, and reduce future turnover rates.

The survey includes questions on various topics, including job satisfaction, reasons for resignation, and levels of frustration, as well as the effectiveness of the company’s work procedures and policies, and the work environment and company culture.

The final interview survey also includes questions about supervisors, managers, and coworkers, as well as salary, bonuses, and any other benefits.
