JISR Public Referral Program - Terms & Conditions
1. Program Overview
- What is the JISR Public Referral Program?
The JISR Public Referral Program is designed to incentivize individuals ("Referrers") to introduce potential customers ("Referees") to JISR.
- Who is considered a Referrer?
A Referrer is an individual who participates in the program by referring potential customers to JISR.
- Who is considered a Referee?
A Referee is a potential customer who is referred to JISR by a Referrer.
- What is the typical profile of an ideal Referee?
An ideal Referee is typically a senior HR or Finance leader, or a Founder, who possesses the authority to make business decisions concerning the purchase of HR software.
- What is the minimum company size required for a Referee?
The Referee's company should have a minimum of 30 employees.
- Which industries are suitable for JISR referrals?
Referrals from any industry are welcome, as any business with employees needing management and payroll solutions compliant with Saudi laws is a good fit for JISR. Examples include Food & Beverages, Restaurants, Construction, and Hospitality.
2. Referral Eligibility
- What are the general eligibility requirements for a referral to be successful?
To be eligible, referrals must be submitted through the designated referral form on the program's landing page. Incomplete or inaccurate submissions may not qualify for rewards. Each referral will undergo a verification process to ensure compliance with these terms and conditions.
- Are there any exclusions that would disqualify a referral?
Yes, several exclusions apply. A referral is ineligible if the referred company:
- Is already an existing JISR customer.
- Is currently in contact with the JISR sales team or present in the sales team's active pipeline.
- Has already been identified through JISR's marketing efforts and is considered a marketing lead.
- Can a decision-maker refer to their own organization?
No. Individuals directly involved in the decision-making process related to software or service procurement for their employer are ineligible to refer their own organization. This exclusion aims to prevent conflicts of interest and ensure program integrity. This includes employees with the authority to make or influence procurement decisions.
- What happens if a referral does not meet the eligibility criteria?
JISR reserves the right to reject any referral that does not meet the eligibility criteria.
3. Reward Structure
- What rewards can a Referrer earn?
A Referrer can earn a commission of 10% of the first year's sales deal value when their referred company becomes a paying JISR customer.
- Is there a maximum reward amount?
Yes, the reward can increase based on the referred company's size, up to a maximum of 15,000 SAR.
- How are rewards calculated for multi-year contracts?
For multi-year contracts, the Referrer will receive a one-time commission based on the first year's sales deal value.
- Are add-on services included in the commission calculation?
No, add-on services or packages are excluded from the sales referral commission calculation.
- What benefit does the referred company receive?
The referred company benefits from free implementation services from JISR.
4. Reward Disbursement
- When is a Referrer eligible for a reward?
A Referrer becomes eligible for a reward only after the referred company converts into a paying JISR customer.
- When are rewards paid out?
Rewards will be paid out following confirmation that the referred customer has made their first purchase or signed up for a service with JISR. Rewards will be paid out post-payment of the referred customer.
- How will the reward be communicated and disbursed?
JISR will calculate and communicate the reward to the Referrer via email and disburse it through a secure bank transfer.
- What happens if the referral does not become a paying customer?
No reward will be given if the referred company does not convert into a JISR customer.
- Will JISR provide updates on the referral's progress?
JISR will inform the Referrer about key milestones, including when the referral is qualified, submitted to the sales team, and when they become a customer.
5. Program Administration
- Can Referrers submit multiple referrals?
Yes, Referrers can submit multiple referrals.
- How should Referrers submit multiple referrals?
Referrers should use a separate referral form for each submission and use the same email address for easy management of their referrals.
- Does JISR reserve the right to modify or terminate the program?
Yes, JISR reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Referral Program at any time without prior notice. This includes changes to reward amounts, eligibility criteria, or the terms and conditions.
- How will Referrers be notified of changes to the program?
JISR will notify participants of any changes via email or through an announcement on the JISR website.
6. Other Legal and General Terms
- What constitutes fraudulent activity, and what are the consequences?
JISR reserves the right to exclude any referrals suspected of being fraudulent, including those submitted in bad faith or through dishonest means.
- What are the participant's responsibilities regarding confidential information?
Participants agree not to disclose or use any confidential information regarding JISR's business operations, strategies, or customers, except when participating in the Referral Program.
- What is JISR's liability?
JISR shall not be liable for any damages, losses, or expenses arising out of or in connection with the Referral Program, except for paying the promised rewards for eligible referrals.
- What laws govern these terms and conditions?
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which JISR operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
- What does participation in the program imply?
Participation in the Referral Program constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions. Participants are responsible for ensuring their referrals are aware of these terms.
- How will JISR handle personal information collected during the referral process?
Any personal information collected during the referral process will be handled in accordance with JISR's privacy policy.
- What consent is required from the Referee?
The Referrer must ensure that they have obtained the Referee's consent to share their details with JISR.
- How are multiple referrals for the same company handled?
If a company is referred by more than one Referrer, the first referral received by JISR, based on the time of submission, will be honored.
