Eliminating all the obstacles related to the payment process for employees
At Jisr, we have removed any hindrances that could impede the payment process, this is to make the process smoother and more efficient and to enhance employees’ satisfaction.

What enhancements have been introduced?
Enabling the correction of an incorrect IBAN account number: If an administrator changes the employee's IBAN after confirming the payment process for employees, the system applies this change in the payment process (only if the amount has not been paid to the employee yet)
Enabling correction of invalid payment methods: If an administrator changes the employee's payment method after confirming the payment process for employees, the system updates this change in the payment process (only if the amount has not been paid to the employee yet).
In the case of linking an employee to a wrong subscription in social insurance: Currently, if the administrator changes the employee's subscription to social insurance after confirming the payment process for employees, the system applies this change to the payment process (only if the amount for this employee has not been paid yet).
hanging the salary payment method from disconnected to connected and vice versa is only applicable to unpaid amounts.

Activating payment method
Our clients rely on Jisr online payroll system (one of the most important services provided by JISR), where Jisr users can submit employees’ salary transfers to the bank directly via Jisr, so we developed a payment-activation method to give users the best possible experience.
Payment Method Activation: this page was developed by adding an "Add Payment Method" button to facilitate the process of activating the payment method. Also, options were included for "Mudad - Banks or Third Parties" to provide users with more choices. Additionally, the presentation approach was developed on the page to make it more user-friendly.
Bank accounts: were segregated into a new section/page to enhance user clarity and ease of management.
