Company structure and announcement update
The company structure on the system now is updated, and the new update allows the company to add up to 4 management layers. With the ability to assign a manager and employees to any layer in a department tree .

Department structure will accommodate 4 layers below the organization layer ( 1 is the highest (parent) layer while 4 is the lowest .
Employees will be assigned to any department layer or sub-department Every department and/or sub-department name will be unique .
A new separate tab in the system “Organizational structure” also sub-section (Departments, business units, location, and legal) move from organization settings to this tab.
Letter templates : where you can use the exact name of employees (ex department, parent_department ) .
Workflow: the chain of approval will depend on the structure (Ex. level 3 department raises request (manager only in level 1) department manager => assigned to level 1 manager parent department manager => assigned to level 1 manager again) .

the user can choose one department، business unit, employee, or group of employees to send an announcement through Jisr. Users can attach photos and files (the photos will be shown in their original size and the files will be attached)
