Retro Calculation for Vacation and EOS Accruals
Jisr automatically recalculates and adjusts an employee's accrued End of Service and vacation balances upon a salary increase. The system processes the retroactive adjustment by creating a separate line item (e.g., "Vacation Accrual - Salary Appraisal") in the accounting entry, ensuring that the difference in the accrued amount is properly recorded and allocated to the correct accounts .
