New Attendance Dashboard now live in Jisr!

Get a real-time overview of Attendance across all locations, highlighting discrepancies instantly from one dashboard.

Retro Calculation for Vacation and EOS Accruals

Jisr automatically recalculates and adjusts an employee's accrued End of Service and vacation balances upon a salary increase. The system processes the retroactive adjustment by creating a separate line item (e.g., "Vacation Accrual - Salary Appraisal") in the accounting entry, ensuring that the difference in the accrued amount is properly recorded and allocated to the correct accounts .
