Enhancements of Attendance Management and Performance Management

We are delighted to announce the enhancements of attendance management and performance management. These enhancements include:

Attendance & Scheduler

we have developed features for managing attendance and performance, In order to provide our clients with a deeper insight that assists them in making informed decisions regarding human resources, documenting employee work hours, and monitoring employee performance.

Attendance & Scheduler reports : We added the ‘Total Working Hours’ column and the ‘Working Hours Inside the Shift’ column, now users can easily check employee attendance and overtime.

Attendance status: Users can check the same-day attendance for each employee.

Unpublished / Attendance: We have improved the unpublished attendance schedules, and now users have the option to craft and deploy attendance schedules whenever they want. We have enhanced the attendance reporting features since we recognize the significance of these options. We are committed to improving our users' experience with Jisr to attain the highest level of ease and efficiency.

Performance Management

The first update in the Performance Management Module presents the Employee Performance Report feature.

Performance Rating Table: The performance rating report feature includes a table that provides an overview of employee performance, as the dashboard displays aggregated performance evaluations and allows classifying by employee status, location, department, job type, job title, GOSI subscription, grade, and assigned review cycle.

‘Export Reports’ option: The employee performance report can be exported to PDF or Excel for easy sharing and record keeping. The second update in the Performance Management Module introducing the Review Cycles Performance Report feature.

'Export Option' for Review Cycles: The Review Cycles Performance Report can be exported in Excel format, and you can choose to export review cycles in specific type, status and period.
