Yield Ratios
Understand yield ratios in recruitment, how to measure candidate pass rates across hiring stages, and how to evaluate hiring strategies - Jisr Glossary.
What Are Yield Ratios?
Yield ratios are metrics used during the hiring process to measure the percentages of candidates who successfully pass through the various stages of the hiring process. They are used to assess the effectiveness of the organization’s hiring methods and strategies. For example, if there are 50 candidates for a position and 40 of them are screened out during the initial phone interview, the yield ratio is: 10/50 = 0.2 (20%).
