What is Benchmarking?
Benchmarking is a systematic process of comparing an organization’s operations, practices, and results against those of a competitor or another leading company in the same field, with the aim of improving the organization’s performance. In the field of human resources, this process is used in several practices, the most important of which is developing a compensation structure.
