Growth is a process that takes time. At, we are committed to achieving success that benefits the entire community. That is why take time to learn about your needs and experiences and implement the learnings at. That requires patience.

5. Focus on what matters

The community is there to give a voice to the specialists and support each other in overcoming any challenges. To make your experience meaningful - for you and other members, focus on creating value for all - on sharing ideas, thoughts, and activities that inspire, educate and help others.

6. Appreciate cultural diversity

fosters Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion. Multiple perspectives are better than one - they bring numerous opportunities for innovation and enable new ideas. However, differences require approaching people with openness and respect, regardless of whether we agree with them. Therefore, we need all  community members to treat everyone with respect and dignity, irrespective of their background, race, skin color, religion, sex, national origin, political convictions, citizenship, age, sexual orientation, disability, or marital status.

7. Stand up against discrimination

The community can only thrive when all members feel safe and respected. Therefore, all members must act respectfully towards each other and against discrimination. If you notice violent behaviours or language, speak up! This includes:

  • Discriminatory jokes and language of any kind.
  • Posting sexually explicit or violent material.
  • Personal insults, especially those using racist or sexist terms.
  • Unwelcome sexual attention.
  • Advocating for, or encouraging, any of the above behaviour.
