IT Support Internship Program

We are currently looking for a motivated and passionate intern to join our IT Support team. This internship provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in managing licensing, supporting internal users, and maintaining contract databases all within a flexible and collaborative work environment.


What We Expect from You:

Your main responsibilities will revolve around software licensing management, providing technical support to internal employees, and contributing to the overall security of company devices. You will also be involved in supporting internal processes and helping implement IT-related policies. From day one, you’ll be given real responsibilities with full support from the team to help you succeed.


Key Responsibilities:

1. Onboarding & Offboarding:

  • Set up user accounts, permissions, and access rights for new employees.

  • Conduct orientation sessions to introduce IT systems and policies.

  • Ensure data security and retrieval of IT assets from offboarded employees.

2. Licensing Management:

  • Monitor and maintain software licenses in compliance with agreements.

  • Coordinate with vendors to handle timely renewals and payments.

  • Analyze software usage and suggest cost-optimization strategies.

3. Contract Database Management:

  • Regularly update and maintain vendor and service provider contracts.

  • Coordinate with legal and procurement teams to review contract terms.

  • Perform periodic audits to ensure data integrity and compliance.

4. Technical Support:

  • Provide day-to-day technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.

  • Respond to IT support tickets based on priority.

  • Document common issues and contribute to user guides or knowledge bases.


Requirements & Qualifications:

Technical Skills (Hard Skills):

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

  • Prior experience in IT support, licensing management, and contract handling.

  • Familiarity with Jira Service Management and G Suite.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

  • Good understanding of software licensing models and compliance requirements.

  • Analytical skills and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.

  • Excellent spoken and written English is required.
