Are you an energetic and motivated sales professional at the beginning or mid-level of your career?
Zid is looking for a Sales Specialist to support merchant acquisition, generate qualified leads, and contribute to revenue growth through on-ground sales activities and relationship building.
Identify and reach out to potential merchants through field visits, phone calls, emails, and product presentations.
Build initial sales opportunities and contribute to developing the sales pipeline.
Understand merchant needs and clearly explain the most suitable Zid solutions in a simple and effective way.
Follow up with potential merchants and convert leads into qualified sales opportunities.
Deliver product presentations under team supervision or in coordination with the direct manager.
Support negotiation processes and coordinate with the sales team to close deals.
Accurately enter and update customer and opportunity data in the CRM system.
Follow up on open deals and maintain communication with merchants until deal closure.
Build positive relationships with merchants through continuous follow-ups and post-sale support.
Support merchants during the initial onboarding and activation stages to ensure a smooth experience.
Contribute to identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities and refer them to the relevant team.
Participate in exhibitions and business events to support sales team activities.
Conduct field visits to merchants according to the approved team plan.
Collect market feedback and merchant needs and report them to the direct supervisor.
Stay updated on market and competitor activities and share insights with the team.
1–3 years of experience in sales (preferably in SaaS, e-commerce, or technology).
Basic experience in B2B sales or field sales is a plus.
Good communication and presentation skills.
Basic to intermediate experience using CRM systems.
Ability to understand customer needs and explain solutions clearly.
Organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
Motivated, proactive, and target-driven.
Willing to work in the field and meet merchants regularly.
Team player with a positive attitude.
Open to feedback and continuous development.
