Are you passionate about managing high-value accounts and building long-term partnerships?
Zid is looking for a Senior Specialist, Merchant Relations to manage and grow enterprise-level merchants, enhance satisfaction, and strengthen loyalty through strategic support and exceptional service.
What You Will Do
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with enterprise merchants.
Act as the primary point of contact, providing advanced support and resolving complex challenges quickly and professionally.
Engage with key stakeholders and decision-makers to understand their goals and offer tailored solutions that support business success.
Analyze performance metrics and provide deep insights on merchant performance.
Prepare analytical reports highlighting achievements and improvement opportunities.
Leverage data to offer strategic recommendations that enhance merchant growth and operational efficiency.
Conduct regular account reviews to ensure alignment, performance stability, and optimal usage of Zid’s services.
Identify potential risks and implement proactive strategies to mitigate them.
Develop and execute Upselling and Cross-Selling opportunities to increase merchant lifetime value.
Collaborate with internal teams—such as Zid Ads, Merchant Growth, Product, and others—to execute campaigns that increase revenue and impact.
Analyze churn drivers and implement targeted strategies to improve retention.
Create mechanisms to collect merchant feedback and improve the overall experience.
Proactively engage with at-risk merchants to resolve issues before they leave the platform.
Work closely with enterprise merchants to identify operational or strategic challenges and provide solutions.
Implement initiatives that drive deeper adoption and usage of Zid’s products.
Deliver exceptional customer service that elevates satisfaction, loyalty, and platform engagement.
Who We Are Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years in Account Management or Customer Success—preferably in e-commerce, SaaS, or tech.
Proven experience managing high-value or enterprise accounts.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Experience working with e-commerce platforms, tools, and technologies.
Ability to work independently and within a cross-functional team.
Proficiency in digital tools and reporting systems.
Proactive, professional, and customer-focused.
Strategic thinker with the ability to handle complex accounts.
Results-driven and always seeking improvement.
Willing to travel to merchant meetings and industry events when required.
