Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Law, Business Administration, Engineering, or any related discipline.
Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in:
Preparation and review of RFPs, specifications, and tender documents.
Government procurement and tendering procedures.
Etimad Platform and Saudi Government Procurement Law.
Evaluation and administration of contracts.
Preparation and review of contract terms and conditions.
Public sector procurement, competitions, and contracting regulations in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
