Position Overview:

The Dynamics 365 Consultant specializing in Retail and Supply Chain is responsible for implementing, configuring, and optimizing Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions for retail and supply chain operations. This role involves working closely with clients to understand their business requirements, designing solutions that improve operational efficiency, and ensuring the successful deployment and adoption of Dynamics 365 across retail and supply chain functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Requirement Gathering and Solution Design:

    • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their retail and supply chain processes, challenges, and goals.
    • Design and configure tailored solutions within Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Retail and Supply Chain to improve business processes.
    • Provide insights into industry best practices and Dynamics 365 capabilities.
  2. System Configuration and Customization:

    • Configure Dynamics 365 modules for Retail, Inventory Management, Order Processing, Warehouse Management, and Procurement.
    • Customize functionality, workflows, and user interfaces to meet client-specific business requirements.
    • Implement integrations between Dynamics 365 and third-party systems (e.g., e-commerce platforms, POS systems).

  • Experience:

    • Proven experience in implementing and configuring Dynamics 365 for Retail and Supply Chain modules.
    • Hands-on experience with modules like Inventory Management, Order Management, Procurement, Warehouse Management, and Retail.
    • Knowledge of retail and supply chain processes, including inventory control, procurement, demand forecasting, and logistics.
  • Technical Skills:
