About the company
Technical Design & Development
Develop, customize, and extend Dynamics 365 Retail modules (POS, Inventory, Order Management) using X++, C#, and .NET.
Build and deploy custom workflows, plugins, scripts, and UI modifications to meet client requirements.
Translate business requirements into technical designs and system architecture.
Integrations & Automation
Implement integrations between Dynamics 365 and third-party applications (e-commerce, payment gateways, ERP systems) using APIs, Data Entities, and Azure services.
Automate retail processes (pricing, promotions, order fulfillment) through Power Automate and Azure Logic Apps.
Configuration & Performance Optimization
Configure and fine-tune Dynamics 365 Retail modules for maximum efficiency and scalability.
Optimize system performance, troubleshoot errors, and resolve technical issues.
Ensure compliance with coding standards and best practices.
Testing & Deployment
Execute unit testing, system testing, and integration testing for custom developments.
Collaborate with QA teams to ensure stability and accuracy of solutions.
Manage deployments using Azure DevOps and CI/CD pipelines.
Support & Documentation
Provide 3rd-level technical support for Dynamics 365 Retail applications.
Develop technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and deployment guides.
Train internal technical teams on newly developed solutions.
Continuous Improvement
Stay current with Dynamics 365 updates, technical enhancements, and Microsoft certifications.
Recommend new tools, technologies, and frameworks to improve technical delivery.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications (e.g., MB-340, MB-500) highly desirable.
Technical Experience
Proven expertise in Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations / Retail technical implementation.
Hands-on development using X++, C#, .NET, JavaScript, SQL.
Experience with POS customizations, extensions, and retail store operations.
Strong knowledge of integration patterns (APIs, Data Management Framework, OData).
Familiarity with Azure services, Power Platform (Power Automate, Power BI), and DevOps pipelines.
