Job Title:
Marketing Supervisor – Restaurant Sector
Job Objective:
To support the execution of marketing initiatives and campaigns that enhance customer engagement, increase brand awareness, and contribute to achieving the company’s business objectives.
This role also ensures effective coordination and consistent monitoring of marketing activities, while providing assistance in any tasks required by the Marketing Department.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement marketing plans and oversee digital marketing campaigns.
Manage partnerships with delivery applications, coordinating promotional offers, pricing, and joint campaigns.
Create and edit high-quality marketing content aligned with the company’s brand identity.
Supervise paid social media advertisements and optimize performance to achieve targeted results.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics, and provide reports and recommendations for improvement.
Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Customer Service, Design) to ensure seamless and effective campaign execution.
Track market trends and competitor activities, preparing regular reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
Qualifications and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
2 to 4 years of practical experience in marketing.
Strong background in creative and marketing content writing.
Proven track record in managing paid social media campaigns.
Familiarity with analytics tools such as Google Analytics.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Required Skills:
Excellent writing and verbal communication skills.
Strong analytical thinking with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools and advertising platforms.
Strong organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to supervise a team or trainees.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
