Job Objective:

 

To develop and implement research and development strategies aimed at innovating new food products and improving the quality and efficiency of existing offerings, while ensuring compliance with the highest standards of safety and quality. The role also contributes to enhancing customer experience and supporting the company’s

 

sustainable growth in the restaurant sector.

 

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

Develop and execute R&D strategies aligned with the company’s goals and market direction.

Create new food recipes and products that meet market needs and reinforce brand differentiation.

Improve existing products in terms of quality, ingredients, cost, and preparation methods.

Conduct regular research and studies on consumer trends, market behavior, and competitors.

Manage product testing and sensory evaluation processes to ensure quality and customer satisfaction.

Coordinate with quality, marketing, and operations teams to ensure alignment and successful execution.

Oversee the development of production standards and ensure compliance with food safety and quality requirements.

Select appropriate raw materials and collaborate with the supply chain team to ensure consistency and quality.
