Job Title: Area Manager

Experience Required:1 to 3 years as an Area Manager in the restaurant or fast-food sector
Department: Operations

 Job Objective:

Oversee the daily operations of multiple restaurant branches to ensure achievement of sales targets, operational excellence, and exceptional customer service aligned with the brand standards of Asl Al Burger.

 Key Responsibilities:

* Manage and supervise branch managers, ensuring adherence to company policies and operational procedures.
* Monitor and analyze sales performance and financial reports across all branches under supervision.
* Conduct regular site visits to assess quality, cleanliness, and service standards.
* Lead training and development initiatives for branch managers and staff.
* Manage inventory levels and coordinate with procurement to maintain stock availability and minimize waste.
* Address and resolve customer complaints and operational issues promptly.
* Prepare and submit detailed performance reports to senior management.
* Participate in the setup and launch of new branches.

 Requirements:

* 1 to 3 years of proven experience as an Area Manager or similar role in the restaurant or fast-food industry.
* Strong leadership and team management skills.
* Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
* Proficient in using POS systems and operational reporting tools.
* Ability to travel frequently between branches.
* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience in burger or quick-service restaurant chains.
* Proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
