JOB PURPOSE

To efficiently manage and support the operations of logistics service partners and company representatives, ensuring.

compliance with corporate standards and driving continuous improvement in driver data accuracy. The role is responsible.

for maintaining optimal compliance rates with all relevant authorities and ministries, actively monitoring complaints from

regulatory bodies and implementing effective corrective measures to maintain operational excellence.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

1-Correcting drivers' and companies' data in the system and ensuring the accuracy of all added information.

2- Ensuring companies comply with TheChefz standards, including the official company documents and

representatives’ credentials.

3- Increasing the compliance rate in TGA.

4- Collaborating with internal departments to resolve issues and enhance overall efficiency.

5- Following up with 3PLpartners in case of incorrect data to ensure proper correction

 

JOB REQUIREMENTS

1- High school diploma or equivalent (Diploma or bachelor’s degree preferred)

2- Previous experience of no less than 6 months in dealing with ministries, authorities, and government agencies.

3- Technical skills:

- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.

- Basic understanding of delivery processes and key performance indicators.

- Strong communication and coordination skills.
