JOB OVERVIEW:

 

The Supervisor of Distribution & Follow Up manages the day-to-day operations of the distribution team. This includes overseeing team members, ensuring they meet their performance targets, and ensuring the smooth flow of distribution and follow-up activities. The supervisor also plays a key role in evaluating team performance, managing schedules, and ensuring that operational issues are addressed in a timely manner.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

·        Team Oversight: Supervise the team of specialists, ensuring they adhere to processes and meet daily operational goals.

·        Task Distribution: Assign tasks to team members based on workload and priorities.

·        Team Scheduling: Create and manage team schedules, ensuring adequate coverage and optimal resource allocation.

·        Reporting & Analysis: Ensure that reports are generated in a timely manner and analyse team performance to identify areas for improvement.

·        Escalated Issues: Handle escalated issues and provide solutions in collaboration with the senior team and management.

·        Performance Evaluations: Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide feedback, and ensure employees are meeting KPIs.

·        Process Improvement: Propose process improvements to optimize efficiency and reduce errors in distribution activities.

 

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

·        Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Operations Management, or a related field.

·        3+ years of experience in distribution or operations management, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.

·        Strong background in team leadership, scheduling, and task distribution.

·        Ability to manage multiple teams and ensure smooth operations.
