JOB PURPOSE

● The Florist is responsible for preparing, arranging, and maintaining floral products in line with brand standards and customer requirements. The role includes handling fresh flowers, creating floral arrangements for various occasions, ensuring product quality, and supporting daily store or fulfillment operations.

 

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Prepare and design floral arrangements, bouquets, and gift products according to company standards and customer orders

· Handle, condition, and maintain fresh flowers and plants to ensure quality and longevity

· Ensure accuracy of orders, including product selection, quantities, and presentation

· Maintain cleanliness and organization of the floral workspace, tools, and storage areas

· Support peak periods and urgent orders as required.

 

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

· Proven experience in floral arrangement, flower handling, or a similar role

 · Ability to create arrangements according to design guidelines and customer specifications

· Strong knowledge of flower varieties, seasonal availability, and proper care techniques

· Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines, especially during peak seasons

· Good communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team
