Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of projects across product, technology, and business functions.
• Manage agile sprints, ensuring smooth sprint planning, backlog grooming, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, product management, design, operations, and compliance teams to ensure project alignment with company strategy.
• Define clear project goals, scope, timelines, and deliverables, while proactively managing risks and dependencies.
• Serve as the bridge between technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and expectation management.
• Monitor and report on project performance, using KPIs to track progress and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Champion agile methodology and foster a culture of continuous improvement within the team.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal governance standards in project execution.

 

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related field (Master’s degree or PMP/Agile certification preferred).
• 6–10 years of project management experience, preferably in fintech, financial services, or technology-driven industries.
• Proven track record of managing cross-functional teams and delivering complex projects in an agile environment.
• Strong knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe) and sprint-based delivery.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to balance multiple priorities, handle ambiguity, and drive execution in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Trello, or other agile project management platforms.
