We simplify investing by offering individuals direct access to local and global Shariah-compliant ETFs through a secure, automated platform.

Our goal is to make investing accessible to everyone—not just experts—by removing complexity and ensuring accuracy.
Tamra Capital received final approval to begin operations on November 23, 2021, and launched its platform to help people grow their money with expert-backed, easy-to-use tools.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, payroll support, and offboarding.

  • Maintain and update HR policies, procedures, and employee records in compliance with local labor laws.

  • Support performance management processes and employee engagement initiatives.

  • Coordinate training, development, and learning programs.

  • Provide HR support and guidance to managers and employees on day-to-day matters.

  • Assist in implementing HR systems and processes to streamline operations.

  • Contribute to building a positive, collaborative, and inclusive workplace culture.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • 1–2 years of HR experience, ideally in startups or fintech.

  • Professional HR certification is preferred (SHRM, CIPD, or equivalent).

  • Solid understanding of Saudi labor law and HR best practices.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build trust across all levels.

  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

  • Experience in startups or fintech is a plus
