Role Summary

The Project Manager is responsible for coordinating and tracking the execution of Tamra Capital’s strategic initiatives across the organization. The role ensures that all strategic programs, transformation initiatives, and cross-functional projects remain aligned with the company’s strategy, North Star KPIs, and execution timelines.

The Project Manager acts as the central coordination point for strategic initiatives, working closely with department leaders to monitor progress, identify risks, and ensure that initiatives are delivered successfully.

This role plays a critical part in maintaining execution discipline across the company and ensuring that Tamra Capital’s strategy translates into measurable results.


 

Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, Engineering, IT or a related field
  • Master’s degree (MBA or similar) is preferred
  • PMP is a Plus

 

Experience

  • 5–8 years of experience in Program Management, Consulting, Business Operations & Strategy Execution
  • Experience managing cross-functional projects
  • Experience working with senior stakeholders

Skills

  • Excellent organization and attention to detail
  • Strong communication and coordination skills
  • Analytical thinking and data interpretation
  • Ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously

 

Technical Skills

Preferred familiarity with:

  • Project Management tools
  • Excel / Analytics tools
  • Dashboard and reporting tools / Power BI

 

The ideal candidate should have strong program management and analytical capabilities, with the ability to coordinate multiple initiatives across teams.
