Job Title: Operations Manager

Job Summary:
The Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing daily logistics operations, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and compliance with company standards. This role focuses on optimizing shipping processes, managing resources, and driving operational excellence to achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Operational Management, Last Mile Delivery and On-demand Delivery:
• Plan, coordinate, and monitor day-to-day shipping and logistics operations
-IT enhancement and development follow up.
• Ensure timely and accurate delivery of shipments to meet customer expectations.
• Oversee warehouse operations, including inventory management and stock accuracy.
3PL Management:
· Reporting.
· Track partners daily performance.
· Price negations
· Reports key clints daily and monthly performance
Team Leadership:
• Supervise and train shipping staff to maintain high performance.
• Allocate resources effectively to ensure operational goals are met.
• Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Process Optimization:
• Identify inefficiencies in the shipping process and implement solutions to enhance performance.
• Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for all shipping activities.
• Monitor KPIs to assess operational performance and recommend improvements.
Compliance & Risk Management:
• Ensure all operations comply with local and international shipping regulations.
• Manage risks associated with disruptions and shipping and develop contingency plans.
Customer Focus:
• Collaborate with the customer service team to address and resolve delivery issues.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by maintaining excellent service quality.
Key Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, industrial engineer or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in logistics or operations management, preferably in the shipping sector.
• Strong knowledge of logistics processes, supply chain optimization and atomization.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in logistics software and tools.
