Key Job Responsibilities 📋
Inquiry Management: Responding to calls, emails, and social media messages. Problem Resolution: Receiving and analyzing complaints, and coordinating with relevant departments (such as technical support or sales) to find quick solutions. Order Follow-up: Tracking the processing of product or service requests and keeping customers informed of the latest updates. Data Management: Recording all customer interactions and updating their data using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems. Reporting: Providing periodic reports to management on customer satisfaction levels and the most frequent challenges.
