Responsible for leading the development, implementation, and governance of enterprise-wide technology standards, frameworks, architectures, and operational best practices across the organization. The role ensures consistency, interoperability, scalability, security, and efficiency across technology environments, platforms, infrastructure, systems, and digital solutions, This position plays a strategic role in driving technology harmonization, reducing operational complexity, optimizing technology investments, and ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture, cybersecurity requirements, regulatory obligations, and digital transformation objectives. The role ensures that all technology initiatives align with national, regional, and international standards and regulatory frameworks — including ITU, ETSI, 3GPP, ISO, and relevant satellite-specific regulations — while driving the company's active participation in external standardization bodies.
