NCA is a non-profit, TVTC-licensed academy offering COE-accredited qualifications, dedicated to preparing young Saudis for successful careers in the construction industry through high-quality, job-focused, and on-the-job training—strengthening workforce readiness, supporting localisation, and meeting national and market needs.

We are seeking a qualified and motivated Civil Engineering Instructor to join our academic team and deliver high-quality training for trainees enrolled in a 2-year Civil Engineering Diploma Program.

Job Summary:
The instructor will be responsible for curriculum delivery, trainee assessment, and providing both theoretical and practical training to prepare trainees for successful careers in civil engineering.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver theoretical lessons and practical training in various civil engineering disciplines, including Surveying, Health, Safety & Environment (HSE), Quantity Surveying, Construction Project Management, and Computer Applications/BIM.

Develop and update training materials in line with current industry standards.

Monitor trainee progress through continuous assessment, feedback, and support.

Supervise practical sessions and workshops while ensuring full compliance with safety regulations.

Contribute to curriculum development and the continuous improvement of training programs.

Minimum Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.

At least 2 years of practical experience in one or more civil engineering fields.

Relevant professional certification in at least one specialization (e.g., Surveying, OSHA, NEBOSH, or equivalent).

Proficiency in industry-related software tools such as Primavera, MS Project, Plan Swift, Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, ArchiCAD, Tekla Structures, or similar applications based on specialization.

Strong instructional, communication, and classroom management skills.

Ability to work effectively with learners from diverse backgrounds and skill levels.
