Digital Knowledge Company (DKC) is a leading provider of education and training solutions in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. As part of its commitment to delivering world-class, competency-based training aligned with Saudi Vision 2030, DKC established the National Construction Academy (NCA) in cooperation with the Technical and Vocational Training Corporation (TVTC) and in partnership with the construction sector, with financial support from the Human Resources Development Fund (HRDF).
NCA is a non-profit, TVTC-licensed academy offering COE-accredited qualifications, dedicated to preparing young Saudis for successful careers in the construction industry through high-quality, job-focused, and on-the-job training—strengthening workforce readiness, supporting localisation, and meeting national and market needs.

The Teaching Assistant’s role is to provide direct support to instructors within the
classroom, enabling an efficient and productive educational experience. Beyond the classroom,
the TA will collaborate with the department in discussions, facilitate activities, and provide
feedback. TAs will also assist with research projects, and contribute to course development, all
while fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment.
