The Misk Schools Co-op Training Program provides structured, practical training opportunities across our our divisions and departments. The program aims to bridge academic knowledge with real workplace experience, helping trainees build essential professional skills while contributing to impactful projects.

We are currently seeking a motivated Hard Services Supervisor Trainee to join our Misk Schools Team.

What You Will Learn:

• Support the operational efficiency of hard services across the organization.
• Gain hands-on exposure to MEP systems and develop technical knowledge.
• Assist in coordinating and monitoring service provider (SP) teams.
• Contribute to maintaining high performance and adherence to school standards.
• Learn how to follow operational procedures and ensure compliance.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Saudi final-year university student (Co-op training must be a graduation requirement).
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
• Arabic & intermediate to advanced English proficiency.

• Basic understanding of MEP systems with willingness to learn.
• Strong communication Skills
•  Ability to manage time and responsibilities effectively.
• Comfortable using MS Office and learning systems like BMS and CAFM.
