The Misk Schools Co-op Training Program provides structured, practical training opportunities across our our divisions and departments. The program aims to bridge academic knowledge with real workplace experience, helping trainees build essential professional skills while contributing to impactful projects.

We are currently seeking a motivated Nutrition Specialist Trainee to join our Misk Schools Team.
What You Will Learn:
- Assist in reviewing and analyzing school menus to ensure nutritional balance.
- Support calorie calculation, portion control, and macro-nutrient assessment.
- Assist in meal modification processes for students with allergies or chronic conditions.
- Support food safety checks related to nutritional compliance.
- Assist in reviewing supplier compliance with dietary specifications.
- Contribute to allergen management within a nut-free school environment.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Saudi final-year university student (Co-op training must be a graduation requirement).
- Bachelor’s degree in one of the following fields: Nutrition, Clinical Nutrition, Dietetics or Food & Nutrition Sciences.
- Arabic & intermediate to advanced English proficiency.
