Project Manager – Telecom Branch Operations

A leading company in telecom branch operations is seeking a qualified and experienced Project Manager – Branch Operations to oversee the operational management and development projects of telecom branches representing major telecom operators.

The role focuses on managing branch operations, improving performance, leading field teams, and ensuring high standards of customer service while achieving business and sales targets.


Key Responsibilities

Branch Operations Management

  • Oversee the daily operational performance of telecom branches.
  • Ensure branches achieve their monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Monitor compliance with telecom operators’ policies, procedures, and service standards.
  • Ensure excellent customer service and enhance overall customer experience.

Project Management

  • Plan, implement, and manage operational improvement projects for telecom branches.
  • Lead projects related to opening new branches or upgrading existing locations.
  • Ensure projects are delivered within the agreed timeline and budget.

Performance Management

  • Monitor and analyze Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for branch performance.
  • Prepare regular performance reports for senior management.
  • Develop strategies and action plans to improve operational efficiency and sales performance.

Team Leadership

  • Lead and supervise branch managers and operational teams.
  • Provide guidance, coaching, and training to enhance team performance.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and motivate teams to achieve targets.

Operational Improvement

  • Identify operational challenges and implement effective solutions.
  • Improve processes and ensure adherence to quality standards within telecom branch operations.

Coordination and Communication

  • Coordinate with internal departments such as sales, marketing, and technical support.
  • Support the execution of marketing campaigns and promotional activities in branches.
  • Maintain strong working relationships with telecom operators and stakeholders.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in branch management or operational project management.
  • Experience in the telecommunications sector or retail operations is highly preferred.
  • Previous experience working with telecom operators such as Zain, Salam, STC, or Mobily is an advantage.
