We are looking for a results-driven Performance Marketing & Social Media Specialist  to lead our digital growth strategy and build a scalable, data-driven marketing engine.

This role is for a strategic thinker who connects advertising performance directly to revenue, optimizes marketing funnels end-to-end, and makes decisions based on measurable results.

Role Objective

Drive sustainable digital growth by leading performance marketing initiatives, optimizing ROI, and aligning campaigns directly with business revenue.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive performance marketing strategy
• Lead paid media performance and deliver measurable revenue growth
• Build and optimize a full-funnel strategy (Acquisition → Retargeting → Conversion)
• Analyze customer journeys and connect campaign performance directly to sales
• Manage and optimize advertising budgets efficiently to maximize ROAS
• Track and improve KPIs (CPA, Conversion Rate, ROAS, Revenue)
• Oversee content and creative alignment with performance goals
• Implement A/B testing and continuous optimization frameworks

Requirements

• 5+ years of proven experience in Performance Marketing
• Demonstrated track record of measurable growth (Revenue, ROAS, CPA improvement)
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate data into strategic decisions
• Experience managing significant advertising budgets
• Results-oriented leadership approach
