-        Work closely with Information Technology professionals within the company to ensure hardware is available for projects and working properly.

-        Provide detailed specifications for proposed solutions including time and scope involved.

-        Assist other department engineers in creating practical demonstrations of proposed solutions and demonstrating them to other members of the team.

-        Analyze current technologies used within the company and develop steps and processes to improve.

-        Document and monitor requirements needed to institute proposed updates in relation to customer experience.

-        Work alongside project management teams to successfully monitor progress and implementation of initiatives.

-        Account for possible project challenges or constraints and proactively seek to manage challenges.

-        Meeting with clients to discuss their hardware and software needs.

-        Strategizing with the sales team to create customized solutions.

-        Drafting and delivering presentations on targeted products.

-        Designing and installing customized software and hardware solutions for the customer.

-        Update system architecture to better serve business needs.

-        Provide technical support.

-        Provide training to new users.

-        Conduct site surveys along with the projects team.

-        Conducting client calls with sales representatives.

-        Developing relationships and maintaining customer relations.

-        Supporting the sales team with all technical related queries.

-        developing training programs and providing advanced technical support.

-         troubleshooting problems and developing solutions.

-        Follow the weekly tasks.

-        Weekly review of the activities with corrective actions.

-        Perform other duties as assigned.

-        Candidates within Saudi Arabia with transferable Iqama and driving license.

-        Familiarity with BMS, ELC, ICT, IOT and other low current systems.

-        Experience : 1-3 years.

-        Bachelor’s degree in Electrical , Electronics, Instrumentation, Computer Science or Mechatronics Engineering

-        Computer Literate , AutoCAD, Advance in Excel and other Office tools.

-        Excellent in English Language.

-        High-Level communication skills.

-        Ability to create big-picture software solutions.

-        Ability to present ideas in a clean, user-friendly way.

-        Attention to detail.
