Job overview:

The ideal candidate will have proficiency in different customer engagement tools and CRMs and a proven track record of designing and executing customer engagement campaigns such as (emails and SMS), that enhance engagement and drive conversions, specifically focusing on lifecycle marketing

Responsibilities:
  • Design Customers’ Funnels: Plan and create engaging campaigns using different customer engagement tools and CRMs.
  • Automation: Develop and manage email workflows and automation.
  • List Management: Segment and maintain email lists for targeted communication.
  • Performance Analysis: Track and optimize email campaign performance.
  • Conversion Optimization: Improve email content and structure to increase conversions.
  • Compliance: Ensure all email activities follow industry standards.
  • Develop and execute strategic marketing campaigns that nurture leads and engage customers throughout their lifecycle stages (acquisition, activation, retention, referral).
  • Segment customer data to personalize messaging and offers based on customer needs and behaviors.
  • Design and implement automated marketing workflows triggered by customer actions or behaviors.
  • Analyze customer data (e.g., website behavior, email engagement, purchase history) to understand customer journeys and identify areas for improvement.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years in SaaS/B2B email marketing.
  • Expertise in HubSpot email and automation tools.
  • Experience with design tools.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
  • Proven track record in optimizing email strategies.
  • Strong understanding of Sales/marketing funnel and demand generation aspects.
  • Proven track record in dealing with cross-functional teams
