We are looking for an entrepreneurial Senior Product Manager to lead the development of a new Compensation Management product from the ground up. This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of how organizations plan, benchmark, and manage compensation.
The ideal candidate will bring deep product management expertise, experience building and scaling B2B SaaS products, and a strong understanding of the HR domain, especially in areas like total rewards management, salary benchmarking, or compensation planning.

Responsibilities:
Product Strategy and Vision:
Define and own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for Jisr's new Compensation Management product, ensuring alignment with the company’s strategic objectives.
Identify and validate customer pain points, focusing on Saudi SMEs and challenges around salary structures, reporting, and market competitiveness.
Discovery and Development:
Conduct market research, customer interviews, and competitive analysis to inform product design and feature prioritization.
Collaborate with engineering, design, and data teams to develop innovative solutions that address customer needs while leveraging Jisr’s ecosystem.
Execution and Go-to-Market:
Lead the product lifecycle from ideation to launch, ensuring high-quality and timely delivery.
Partner with marketing and sales teams to craft effective go-to-market strategies, pricing models, and campaigns.
Data-Driven Insights:
Leverage customer and market data to create actionable insights, such as salary benchmarking and compensation analytics, while ensuring compliance with data privacy regulations.
Integration and Ecosystem Synergy:
Work closely with other product teams (e.g., ATS, Performance Management) to ensure seamless integration and a unified customer experience across Jisr platform.
Stakeholder Management:
Foster collaboration and alignment across teams by effectively communicating the product vision, priorities, and progress to stakeholders.
Influence and inspire cross-functional teams to drive buy-in and ensure everyone is working toward a shared goal, maintaining transparency and building trust throughout the product development lifecycle.
Requirements
Experience: 4+ years as a Product Manager, ideally in B2B SaaS. Experience in compensation management, total rewards, or salary benchmarking products is a significant plus.
Entrepreneurial Mindset: Proven ability to build products from the ground up, working effectively in ambiguous and fast-paced environments.
Domain Knowledge: Familiarity with HR and talent management challenges, particularly in the Saudi market.
Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make informed decisions.
Communication: Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to align and influence cross-functional teams.
Technical Understanding: Ability to participate in technical discussions and align development with strategic objectives.
