Responsibilities:

  • Own and evolve the frontend architecture, ensuring scalability, maintainability, and performance across products.

  • Monitor and improve key performance metrics (FMP, TTI, LCP, CLS) using tools like Datadog RUM, Rollbar, and Lighthouse.

  • Enhance developer productivity through tooling, CI/CD improvements, and internal library management.

  • Collaborate with design system, backend, and DevOps teams to drive platform-wide consistency.

  • Conduct technical reviews, guide best practices, and support migrations (React, TypeScript, DS rollout).

  • Contribute to migration projects (e.g., React 19, TypeScript strict mode, design system rollout, etc.).

  • Mentor and train junior engineers and help them grow

Your competencies:

 

  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills and critical thinking to address complex technical challenges and propose innovative solutions.

  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, facilitating effective collaboration with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

  • Technical Expertise: Profound knowledge of TypeScrip/JavaScript and React, and Performance tools.
   
Qualifications:  

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Design, or related field

  • 4+ years of experience in React Native development

  • Demonstrable portfolio of design system work or component libraries

  • Strong understanding of software and UI design principles and best practices


Skills:

  • Deep expertise in React, TypeScript, and modern build tools (Vite, Webpack).

  • Strong grasp of frontend architecture, performance optimization, and design system integration.

  • Proven ability to optimize developer experience through automation and code quality tools (ESLint, Prettier).

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.

  • Experience with monitoring tools (Datadog, Rollbar) and CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions). [Optional]
