We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Operations Coordinator to support day-to-day HR activities and ensure the smooth execution of all employee lifecycle processes. The role is responsible for maintaining HR records, supporting onboarding and offboarding activities, managing HR documentation, and ensuring compliance with Saudi labor regulations.
Prepare employment contracts, contract renewals, amendments, and other HR-related documents.
Support employee offboarding processes, including clearance procedures and exit documentation.
Ensure employee records are complete, accurate, and regularly updated.
Maintain employee files and HR databases while ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
Prepare HR letters, salary certificates, employment verification letters, and other official documentation.
Maintain attendance, leave, vacation, and employee-related records.
Coordinate HR administrative activities and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
Support the administration of employee benefits, medical insurance, and other HR programs.
Support activities related to government platforms, including:
Qiwa
GOSI
Mudad
Ensure compliance with Saudi Labor Law and internal company policies.
Maintain HRIS records and ensure data integrity.
Prepare regular HR reports and dashboards.
Identify opportunities to improve HR processes and operational efficiency.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
0-1 years of experience in HR Operations, HR Administration, or a similar role.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
Professional proficiency in Arabic and English.
