The Account Manager serves as the key link between clients and the agency, ensuring successful delivery of marketing campaigns. They manage client relationships, oversee project execution, and drive revenue growth through upselling and cross-selling opportunities. The perfect candidate must have a marketing background or content creation background.

 

Responsibilities:


Client Management: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring seamless communication and addressing their needs promptly. Commit to being highly accessible and responsive, available to assist clients at all times, and maintaining strong, proactive relationships.
• Project Oversight: Manage campaign timelines, budgets, and deliverables in collaboration with internal teams to ensure timely and high-quality execution.
• Strategy & Reporting: Develop effective campaign strategies, track KPIs, and present detailed performance reports to clients on a regular basis.
• Revenue Growth: Identify upselling opportunities and actively support client growth through strategic recommendations.

 

Requirements:


• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Experience: 3-5 years of experience in client management, ideally in a marketing agency environment.
• Skills: Excellent communication skills, project management expertise, and a strong ability to negotiate effectively.
• Tools: Proficiency in tools such as Slack for communication, Google Sheets for reporting, and other relevant platforms for efficient project management. Experience with communication-focused tools and a strong understanding of how to effectively manage client relationship
