RE for SentinelOne/Attivo Solutions (Network Deception) The RE proactively engages with customers as their primary & trusted contact, providing insights into evolving the customer's deception strategy, deployment methodologies, architectures, and options, assisting with site structure and organization, and offering feedback on the exclusion and policy best practices. ➢ The RE provides support for solution adoption including overview, configuration and setup, and implementation/rollout and ensuring smooth policy evolution during the customer's adoption journey. They implement recommended changes proposed by the Strategic Advisor in the console with customer approval. ➢ The RE is responsible for ensuring continuous mapping of the solution's value to address the customer's pain points challenges within customer's environment. ➢ Conduct regular review of recommendations and pending action items: The RE engages proactively for critical recommendations or suggestions that need review. ➢ The RE conducts quarterly system health checks to ensure the customer's adoption and continued utilization of the SentinelOne suite is healthy and meets best practice recommendations. ➢ Metrics and Reporting: The RE provides a quarterly scorecard rating of the implementation and configuration along with a list of recommendations to improve the overall score.
