Role Overview

We are hiring an Architectural Engineer to provide technical design support and coordination throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring architectural works, submittals, and site implementation meet approved drawings, quality standards, project requirements, and applicable codes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review architectural drawings, specifications, and technical documents to ensure compliance with standards and project requirements.
• Coordinate with civil, structural, MEP, and other teams to resolve design issues.
• Prepare and update architectural drawings, details, and construction documentation.
• Review shop drawings, material submittals, and method statements from contractors.
• Provide technical support during project execution to ensure proper implementation.
• Conduct site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and compliance.
• Follow up on RFIs, design changes, and technical clarifications.
• Prepare technical reports and updates for management.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Architectural Engineering.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in architectural engineering or project execution.
• Strong knowledge of building codes, construction methods, and materials.
• Experience in commercial, retail, hospitality, or fit-out projects is a plus.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and MS Office.
• Strong coordination and communication skills.
• Arabic and English.
