Arat Capital is seeking to recruit A Investor Realtions Officer for real estate project financing who are responsible for assessing the creditworthiness of borrowers seeking loans to purchase or develop real estate.

Job description

• Build and maintain investor trust by delivering excellent customer service and providing accurate and transparent information at all times.
• Improve of the overall investor experience by continuously learning about challenges and finding the best possible ways towards growth.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining solid relationships with existing and potential customers.
• Responding to inquiries and handling complaints by providing appropriate solutions.
• Assessing the financial suitability of investors when needed.
• Implementation of customer due diligence procedures “KYC”.
• Implementation of Anti-Money Laundering procedures.
• Preparing relevant reports and sharing it with higher management.

Experience: Fresh Graduate
