Job Purpose

The Maintenance Electrical Engineer is responsible for maintaining, upgrading, and developing electrical systems and equipment across the plant to ensure safe, efficient, and continuous operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain, upgrade, and improve electrical systems for all production lines and plant equipment.

• Develop and install new electrical equipment and systems as required.

• Manage daily operations of the factory’s electrical distribution and control rooms.

• Execute assigned electrical maintenance and design tasks according to schedules.

• Support the Maintenance Manager in electrical design, troubleshooting, and improvement projects.

• Ensure full compliance with HSE regulations and company safety standards.

• Identify potential electrical hazards and environmental risks and implement preventive measures.

• Train and guide technicians and employees on electrical safety and hazard awareness.

• Perform additional tasks assigned by management as needed.

Minimum Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in electrical maintenance within a pipe plant or similar industrial environment.

• Solid knowledge of high-voltage and low-voltage electrical systems.

• Good command of English (knowledge of Chinese is a plus).

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in automation and control systems.

• Proficiency in MS Office (Word & Excel) and basic knowledge of CAD software.

• Knowledge of industrial electrical standards and best practices.

• English with Arabic and/or Chinese is an advantage.
