HR Coordinator (Tamheer Trainee)

Job Purpose:
To support the Human Resources department in executing day-to-day HR operations and gaining hands-on experience across multiple HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, HR administration, training & development, performance management, and HR reporting.

Key Responsibilities

 

  • Assist in preparing employment documents, employee files, and onboarding documents.
  • Maintain and update employee records within HR systems.
  • Support attendance, leave management, and employee documentation processes.
  • Assist in employee onboarding and orientation activities for new hires.

Employee Relations

  • Respond to employee inquiries related to HR policies and internal procedures.
  • Support employee engagement initiatives and internal communication activities.
  • Assist in handling employee requests and administrative HR matters.
  • Help maintain a positive employee experience within the organization.

Learning & Development

  • Coordinate internal and external training programs.
  • Track training attendance records and maintain training documentation.
  • Assist in identifying employee development and training needs.

Performance Management & Compliance

  • Support performance appraisal processes and follow-up activities.
  • Ensure employee files and HR documents are properly maintained and compliant.
  • Assist in implementing HR policies and maintaining compliance with company procedures.

Reporting & General Support

  • Prepare HR reports and maintain HR-related databases.
  • Organize, file, and archive HR documentation accurately.
  • Support additional HR projects and administrative tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Eligible for Tamheer Program training program.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a dynamic environment.
  • Eagerness to learn and build a career in Human Resources.
