Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and set up Submerged Arc Welding (SAW) machines.
• Adjust welding parameters according to production requirements and approved procedures.
• Monitor welding quality during operation and ensure compliance with specifications.
• Check welding wires, flux, and consumable levels.
• Identify basic welding defects and operational issues.
• Perform daily equipment inspections and report any faults.
• Follow all safety, quality, and production procedures.

Requirements:

• Practical experience operating SAW welding machines.
• Experience in steel pipe manufacturing or heavy industry is preferred.
• Good knowledge of welding parameters and common welding defects.
• Willingness to work in shifts.
• Must be willing to attend a technical interview and practical test.
