ALHAZM Est. for Industrial Equipment was founded in 1978 at 10th Street, Dammam, KSA by Mr. Waleed Khalid Aldulaijan. It was a hand tool shop at the beginning and was striving to reach a leading position in the industrial equipment market. With the effort of the founder and ALHAZM team soon it became a market leader in the industrial equipment and many best European, American and East Asian manufacturing companies became partner with us.

Responsibilities:

Identify potential customers and generate leads within the assigned territory.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers.
Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of our solutions.
Prepare and deliver sales proposals and quotations to customers.
Negotiate terms, pricing and contractual agreements to close sales deals.
Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall revenue growth of the company.
Provide technical expertise and support to customers, assisting them in selecting the appropriate products and
solutions.
Conduct assessments of customer requirements and recommend suitable products or modifications.
Collaborate with the internal team to develop customized solutions based on customer needs.
Address technical queries and resolve customer issues promptly.
Having a strong knowledge of territories including key industries, competitors and potential customers.
Travel to customer sites within territory to maintain customer relationships and to provide on site support.
Continuously update the territory database with relevant customer information, interactions and market trends.
Sound understanding of machining principles and applications.
Proficiency in using MS Office suites and other tools.
Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated, proactive and able to work independently.
Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.

Requirements:

Minimum 4-7 years of experience is selling metal cutting and sheet metal cutting
& forming machines (Automation, CNC and conventional). Knowledge in cutting
tools would be an added advantage.
