وصف الوظيفة:
نحن نبحث عن محاسب متميز للانضمام إلى فريقنا في شركة الاطعمة اللذيذة ، ذو خبرة في مجال ادارة الشؤون المالية اليومية وتقديم تقارير دقيقة لضمان استقرارنا المالي ونمونا المستمر. ستكون مسؤولاً عن إدارة الحسابات المالية، وإعداد التقارير المالية، ومراقبة التدفقات النقدية، والالتزام باللوائح الضريبية.

المهام والمسؤوليات: 
- إدارة الحسابات اليومية بما في ذلك الفواتير والإيصالات والمدفوعات.  
- إعداد التقارير المالية الدورية (الشهرية، الربع سنوية، السنوية).  
- الالتزام باللوائح الضريبية وإعداد الإقرارات الضريبية.  
- إجراء عمليات المراجعة الداخلية للتأكد من دقة البيانات المالية.  
- التعاون مع الإدارات الأخرى لتوفير الدعم المالي اللازم.  
- إدارة الرواتب والحسابات البنكية و التسويات البنكية.  
- تقديم توصيات لتحسين الكفاءة المالية.  

المهارات والمؤهلات المطلوبة:

- درجة البكالوريوس في المحاسبة أو المالية أو مجال ذي صلة.  
- خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في مجال المحاسبة، وسنتين خبرة في مجال المطاعم.  
- إتقان برامج المحاسبة مثل [أدخل البرامج المستخدمة، مثل QuickBooks، Odoo، ارقامي أو غيرها].  
- معرفة قوية باللوائح الضريبية والقوانين المالية المحلية.  
- مهارات تحليلية قوية مع القدرة على تفسير البيانات المالية.  
- الدقة والاهتمام بالتفاصيل.

- القدرة على العمل تحت الضغط والالتزام بالمواعيد النهائية.  
- مهارات اتصال ممتازة، كتابية وشفهية.

Job Description:

We are looking for an outstanding Accountant to join our team at DFC. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing daily financial affairs and providing accurate reports to ensure our financial stability and continuous growth. You will be responsible for managing financial accounts, preparing financial reports, monitoring cash flows, and ensuring compliance with tax regulations.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Managing daily accounts, including invoices, receipts, and payments.

• Preparing periodic financial reports (monthly, quarterly, and annually).

• Ensuring compliance with tax regulations and preparing tax returns.

• Conducting internal audits to ensure the accuracy of financial data.

• Collaborating with other departments to provide necessary financial support.

• Managing payroll, bank accounts, and bank reconciliations.

• Providing recommendations to improve financial efficiency.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

• Experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years of experience specifically in the restaurant industry.

• Software Proficiency: Mastery of accounting software such as [insert software used, e.g., QuickBooks, Odoo, Arqamy, or others].

• Regulatory Knowledge: Strong knowledge of local tax regulations and financial laws.

• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data.

• Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail.

• Pressure Management: Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

• Communication: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Professional Certification: SOCPA (Saudi Organization for Chartered and Professional Accountants) certification.
